Find something worth building.

AI can build almost anything now. BuildCase hunts the web for problems people already pay to solve, checks who is selling, and hands the winners to your coding agent.

Starting a new hunt in BuildCase: choose a hunting ground such as services to software, manual workaround, research to software or interface gap.

The project room

Build the case with an AI analyst beside you.

Every idea that survives gets a room: your documents, the sources, and an AI that has read all of them.

The hand-off steps: draft the brief, size the build, connect GitHub, create the repository.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is BuildCase?

BuildCase is an AI research tool for deciding what software to build. Its agents hunt the web for problems people already pay to solve, check who already sells a solution and at what price, and return a verdict (start, narrow or stop) with every source attached.

Who is BuildCase for?

People who can build with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Replit or Bolt, but do not know what is worth building. That includes indie hackers, developers looking for a side project, and non-coders.

How is it different from a list of startup ideas?

Idea lists sell the same trending ideas to everyone and are paid to say yes. BuildCase checks the market against your skills, time and budget, is free to say no, and shows every page it read so you can check the reasoning.

Which AI models does BuildCase use?

Claude makes the judgement calls, and faster models (GLM and Kimi) read and condense sources. If one provider fails, the run falls back to another, so it still finishes.

How much does it cost?

You start with 200 free credits and no card. After that, every action is priced in credits and shows its price before it runs: a chat message costs 1, a market scan 6, a full competitor check 18. A run that fails through no fault of yours is refunded.

What happens when an idea is worth building?

It becomes a project with its documents, sources and an AI chat. When you are ready, BuildCase writes a build brief and pushes it to a GitHub repository that your coding agent can start from.

Bring the idea you can’t stop thinking about.
